Fernwood
This is a beautiful place just outside of Berrien Springs that has brought God near to me this spring. Today I got to take a couple of friends with me and we had a blast hiking the trails and taking some fun pictures. Spring is a reminder of renewal and God's ability to bring back to life everything that has passed through a long winter. Actually all the flowers and plants have to freeze before they can reproduce again. Interesting how sometimes it seems to be the same with us.

Looks very enjoyable...wish I would've went! It was too cold when I tried to walk on the beach that day!! I went back & spent some time w/God & went to work, raking the twigs & leaves from PD & JoAnn's yard for 2 hrs!! I got it done though and I'm building muscle! :)
Melanie! That place looks beautiful. I actually never was able to go there while I was at Andrews... but I have wanted to. Maybe we could go there this summer when I come to visit you! Hope you are well! Love and prayers.
Ohhhhh..... I miss Fernwood SO much! There's NO place around here like it.

I like the pictures! I was so happy when I returned from the UP to find out that spring had come to home. I am enjoying every minute of it!
I went to Fernwood on a field trip with my Environmental Science class and it is quite beautiful. Glad to see you had an enjoyable experience with friends. :)
