This is Christmas in the making. Today we are having a cookie exchange at work for Christmas. So last night I dipped a bunch of pretzel sticks and then sprinkled them with yummy sugar. So I will trade 4 cookies for 4 cookies and come home with around 40 other cookies. What to do with 40 cookies?!Just an update. Today in Michigan it is snowy and windy. I just got back from eating my greek salad at Panera and I almost turned into a snowwoman out there. I wish we could exchange weather with California for Christmas but I guess the weather doesn't work quite like a cookie exchange. But I know what does.... I know for sure that Jesus exchanges my sinful heart for a new clean heart as white as the snow. That's why I like the snow. It serves to remind me of God's desire to wash me. :)

If I must... I will comment on my own blog first. The cookies were great minus the rum balls. Well actually I wouldn't know since I didn't try them.
Making cookies is fun! Although I haven't made them in awhile. Maybe when I go home for Christmas I will have to get my sisters together.
Those do look good. dont worry eatting a few wont hurt you none.
Yea not hurt you none is what heather says. she is sitting here saying they look yummy. She saw them the day you made them and was going to steal a few. Did you count them all. Just thought you might like to know.
So I tried one and it was good.

(Message brought to you by our proud sponsor www.christianheidi.blogspot.com - you may visit them at anytime, any place, any day, there's also a couple of new posts about Peru.
Check it out today!)
WOW!. The NERVE by Martinology!! The staff at Mi Vida are calling an emergency committee meeting to decide what is to be done. For now, there are no fines or further actions being taken at this time. There will be no charges for Joella Freeze. Martinology, please behave yourselves... it's Christmas time for cryin out loud!!
Joella freeze has appointed me as her lawyer to defend her against untimely lawsuits and fines totaling $67.50.
I ask, with the caveat that I may have potentialy misread the heated exchanges posted on this sight, does Martinology have ownership or exclusive advertising rights to "Mi Vida"? If neither, then Martinology's assertion that it is owed renumeration as a result of the afore mentioned posting is with out merit and is non-enforcable.
Might I recommend, as a vehicle to induce reconsiliation, that all parties involved in this issue partake of dipped pretzels. I am sure they would be available for purchase at a resonable rate if said parties are not familiar with the manufacturing process.
ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! ALERT!
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!
As president of Blogspot.com, I declare Marshall Law. All new posts and comments will be delicately supervised. All video-cameras on laptops, if applicable, will be engaged and syncronized to capture all activity of blogers who have commented on "Mi Vida" in the past 14 months. Miss Joelle Freeze has a warrant for her arrest if the total fee of $67.50 is not paid within the next 3 years. All attorneys are prohibited by blog law to interact or engage in any business with Miss Joelle Freeze. My representative, Dr. Gusuki Mimakiko, will answer any questions or inquiries. Thank you and good night.
so this is what I get for trying to post a rare comment on Mi Vida. I get nothing but marshal law, an arrest warrent, and a fine of $67.50. Thanks a lot, Martinology. I detect that you are just jealous that I haven't visited your site and commented there recently...
Whew! I don't have a webcam, a laptop, nor do I represent, interact with, associate with an any manner or form with Ms. Freeze. In addition, I have never met her, nor do I know her.
I am but a dispasionate observer who is apalled and concerned for the future of the internet as a result of the actions of a particular party seeking to exhert ownership over blogspot. I am not a party to blogspot and hence I believe that I am able to exhibit a lack of bias in this situation and state that my concern over the restriction of the freedom of expression is impartial. I exhort Martinology not to follow the course of the world's despots, but to contemplate and implement a policy course consistent with the prinples of republics and democracies. Policies that are consistent with liberty and recognize the individual's capacity for self-governance.
MI VIDA is happy to publish it's revised advertising policy.
We are sorry for all the rif raf...Our new policy is this...FREE ADVERTISING!
We know it's a big surprise since it's been that way forever but it's true viewers, we are still committed to bringing you the best in blog advertising.
We operate on simple law so we are not sure what Mr. Armchair is talking about and as for Joella Freeze, you are familiar with the ASD right?! We remember him from last year... Same guy! So no worries!
Please have a safe and Happy Holiday from MI VIDA!
Somebody is seriously smoking some strong stuff. Please feel free to test your hunch as to my purported identity.

Free advertising? Whoopeee. For once though, I have nothing to advertise, unless you would like to take a look at the comments on my recent xanga post. I merely have an important announcement: today, in Southern California, I had to use my ICE SCRAPER for the SECOND TIME since I have been in California... to scrape off of my car... one millimeter of frost. Exciting times!
