AVALON. She is so sweet and cute. Fearless is also a good word to describe her. She went down this slide all by herself several times and then she went down head first, upside down and backwards!
CARROT JUICE. It's healthy, fun to make and well... 16 oz. per day will do me some good. My family has inspired me to eat more raw. 
SARAH, ME, and SHANNON. Happy Birthday to Shannon! Last Sabbath we enjoyed the beach. Lake Michigan is still ummm...cold. 
FOOTPRINT. It's nice to know that when life is a challenge and when it's not that Jesus carries me.

I agree. This morning was an orange day... my cells are jumping! Y si...hoy quiero caminar con Cristo :)
Good point - we should be thankful for the things that make our cells go jumping... like carrots and ice cream... ;)
Love those car...rotts!! Jumping is right and loving it all the way! God made those orange sticks for something other than just to make salad trays look nice. It's hard to get that much jumping energy from knawing on one carrott, but just juice a few and you got yourself a burst of...of...well...lots of GO! We have been juicing 1/2 carrott and the other half celery and kale in 8 oz. glass. Whoa! M-M-M Good! Watch out! Our Youth is returning!

I tried to make carrot juice once but I used a blender. It didn't turn out to good and guys had a good laugh. I so wish I could go raw. Perhaps God will provide a way.
I really miss lake Michigan. Speaking of footprints, I could really see the footprints of God there. In the beauty of the surroundings, and mostly in the colorful sunsets.
